Of course, you recognise the intake pipe on the front right-hand side of the Unimog! This is made by... Etimex. An unmistakable hallmark of this classic since 1985, it is one of the first Etimex developments for vehicles. It is still produced by us today – since 2018, using a new, cutting-edge tool in automated production.
Our developers have seen it all: the blow moulded door handle for a certain Swabian Boxster, the clean air pipe in the latest Swedish truck, the individually curved, 1.2-metre-long charge air pipe for a compact car, the sophisticated intake hose in a rally car: we develop perfectly adapted raw air, clean air, charge air pipes and numerous other plastic parts for vehicles, writing stories and making history in the process... we are inventors after all.
